We are working to make sure the experience of our web photo editor is similar and seamless with the iOS and Android mobile apps. VSCO Studio on desktop is designed for larger screens and as such will have unique features that enable more professional workflows.
With this in mind, we will continuously introduce more photo filters, more photo editing tools, and new exclusive features for VSCO Studio on desktop.

On Chrome and Edge, you can import JPEG, PNG, BMP files. On Safari you can import JPEG and HEIC files.
Why is it taking so long for my images to upload?
Upload times may vary depending on your internet connection. Try running a speed test to see what your upload speed is. If it’s less than 10 Mbps, we recommend to try uploading on a faster internet connection or only uploading 1 image at a time rather than multiple images at once.
Are images that I upload public or private?
Private, only you can see them when you are signed in.
Does this mean VSCO Film presets for Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop are coming back?
At this time, VSCO Film presets are not coming back. This is a legacy product that we discontinued many years ago. We updated our film emulation process with what we now call Film X. This is a superior technology to our older VSCO Film presets. Try our Film X Presets.

Seeing some "edits are not visible" message in the VSCO Studio.
This message means that if you edit photos with tools available on the VSCO mobile app such as HSL or Grain and sync your image to VSCO Studio on desktop, those tool edits will not render on the image on web because the tools are not yet available on web. You can "flatten" an image inside iOS to start editing that photo inside VSCO Studio on web. Learn more.
